Recently installed these boxes everything fine apart from I can’t watch what I’ve recorded on my living room box on my box in kitchen just keeps coming up with an error code but I can watch what’s recorded in kitchen on my living room box so confused tried few things I was told about same network/Wi-Fi and other settings and nothing as worked any ideas as can’t seem to get through to live chat.

What is the error message that's displayed?
It should start with the letters CS followed by 4 numbers.
You can check the error codes <<< here >>> and the steps you should take.
It's also worth noting that if yuo have two 360 boxes and the second is a mini box (smaller than the main box) that the mini box doesn't have a hard drive and needs to connect to the main box to play the recordings.
The main box should be set to either Active Start of Fast Start (Settings > System > Standby power consumption)

We’ve had an engineer out today and it was to do with main box it had to be swapped it’s something to do with the fact they using old boxes with the new software and to do with the codes on the boxes soon as he swapped it was working straight away
