Catch-up won't play past the adverts i get a error code cs2300

Hi @markfisher07 

Please can you double check that error code as it isn't listed in VM's error code <<< database >>> 

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

I'm sorry to see this issue with the service 😞
May I ask if you've checked the advice given by @newapollo and checked the error code?
Have you tried to reboot the TV box? Is the issue still on-going?

I have the same issue, I'm unable to watch catch up, box sets, prime video, netflix, YouTube etc. all under the error code CS2300. It works for one episode if I do a full factory reset beforehand but then shows the error code again at the start of the next episode
