Unable to add/remove since upgrading to tv360

Hi I renewed my contract just before December and then upgraded to 360 on 02 December and since then I cannot access upgrades in my account, such as adding/removing things checking package prices etc, is this a bug in the system that will be resolved or is this because I am on 360 (via v6 software update09F0A9A0E-D920-4C8B-B7F0-AC19C5C1B560.jpeg

Hi Mark,

This appears to be normal especially if you are on the top package, ever since I have been a VIP or Ultimate oomph customer I have always got the message and you need to phone to make changes to your package, I'm assuming the chance of you adding anything is less than the chance of you downgrading which would mean less money.

I’m not on the top package I just have bigger bundle + sports and 200MB BB...  I was just seeing if there was any bargains to b had adding cinema over Xmas, I have access to it via sky go so no big at the moment ..

Hey Mark, you’ll need to call in to make those changes to your account the inline journey doesn’t like the fact that you have 360 because it’s “exclusive” to Ultimate oomph right now

Wonder what the chances of getting ultimate oomph at £89 per month is seein as I already have 360 😄

Always worth asking, I've got Ultimate Oomph for £85 a month and I was just 4 months into a new contract when I upgraded.

Yeah my motto is always if ya don’t ask.   I’ll give them a ring later.  I pay £76 at the moment so I don’t mind paying an extra £13 for loads internet movies and a sim 😄
