Unable to access saved recordings or apps

We have issues with our V360 box every day, usually from Kate afternoon into the evening. 
We get error codes CS3400 and CS2401 and are unable to access any recordings or apps (iplayer).

We have tried diagnostics which tells us we are either offline or a cable is unplugged, neither of which is the case. We have tried contacting virgin media which keeps redirecting us through the find a fault webpage. We have tried all the suggestions- running virgin media test / turning box on and off / removing and plugging in again all the cables. Each time the same issues return. 
We would like to book an engineer visit but cannot get to talk to an operator. Our V6 box was much better and we are extremely frustrated at this so-called “upgrade”. Can anyone help?
