Hello,
Maybe a common problem with an easy fix im not aware of, but I recorded (saved) a movie on the Virgin uhd channel. When I came to replay it initially every thing was fine until I fast forwarded through the opening credits. At this point the previously working sound stopped working.
Any ideas?

It was a common issue on the v6 software as the audio system doesn't like the fact the noise of the beeps the v6 makes is in stereo but the actual movie is in surround sound.
The fix was going to settings and changing audio to PCM rather than dolby digital, not sure about 360 software
