Ultra HD Channel

Can someone please tell somebody at Virgin TV, that the logo on Channel 999 Ultra HD (top left corner) is absolutely bloody massive and needs making smaller!!!

It owns too much real estate on the screen!

I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the size of the logo on the Ultra HD channel. Can you provide a picture of what you're able to see, so we can feed this back to our TV Team?

My TV is a 58" model and as you can see, the logo is way way larger than anything you see from ITV, BBC, Sky Sports etc.

Hey paul_I, thank you for reaching back out and I am sorry to hear this.

With this all we can do is feed it back the more bigger the TV the logo is going to be more up scaled sorry.

You could look into the settings and see if display setting for logos. Cheers
