since software upgrade to 4.41 can no longer play UHD sky movies. Error message UHD not supported. Never had issues before software upgrade. Any ideas?
Check Settings > Audio & Video > HDMI resolution is set to either 4K or Automatic.
I would also try a different HDMI cable and also test using a different TV HDMI port.
