UHD channels

I have recently requested an upgrade to the sky sports UHD channels (7 days have now passed).

I have heard nothing other than a confirmation email saying this will happen within 5 working days.

The UHD are still greyed out and not activated.

What is my next step?

I had to call ...7 days passed from my email and when I called they said they had no record.

Don't get too excited though.. UHD  Sports channels don't work properly. The picture is dull and it messes with the menu appearance too.

Some are trying to make it out as a TV setting issue but it's a very easily demonstrated VM bug.

Sorry I bothered as they don't want to acknowledge its an issue.

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

You won't hear anything other than just the confirmation email, if this has stated 5 working days to be activated we would advise waiting this timeframe for it to go live, once it has if there are any further issues we then ask you to let us know and we can look into this for you.
