Hi GavMcP11GT,

Which UHD content are you referring to, to access Sky Movies UHD it need's to be included in your contract, check your contract to see if it is included it will be listed as Sky Entertainment and Movies UHD. If it is the Movie channels are not listed separately on the TV guide you need to go to Settings and scroll along to Box Sets & Movies, if you then select channels and scroll down you will find Sky UHD on demand and Sky Cinema UHD.

BT Sport Ultimate and Virgins UHD channel are the only other UHD content.

If you are subscribed to Sky UHD do you get a message when you try and watch, if this is the problem and it says your TV isn't compatible or something like that check the 360's resolution setting, if it's set to Automatic it should also show 4K, 1080 etc this will tell you if the 360 recognises you have a 4K TV connected.

BT Sport ultimate and the VM channels both in my package

You haven't said what actually happens when you try and watch BT sport ultimate and Virgin UHD.

Are you talking about the content showing as HD in the info section? This thread might be helpful, although don't think a conclusion was reached!

What do mean by the LG not detecting UHD, I have an LG TV.

When I watch these channels I think the picture is better but nowhere near uhd 4k and the TV doesn’t detect it either!

When I watch any other content broadcast in uhd Amazon prime for etc the TV detects it and a UHD logo briefly appears in the corner!

never happens on VM

Do you mean the HDR logo never appears?

The 360 does not switch resolutions so if you have 'automatic' or 2160 set in settings - then the video to the tv is always 2160/UHD on a UHD tv.

Id you have '1080' set in the menu - it will not switched to UHD.

Hi,

If you have paired your LG smart remote to the 360 give it a shake until the cursor appears on screen and then press ok on the LG remote and if the 360 is paired as Ziggo Set-Top Box click on that and you will see 16:9 2160p and Dolby Atmos, if watching BT sport ultimate.

If the 360 is set to Automatic or 4K you will always see 2160p because the 360 will upscale everything, the audio will change depending on the channel.
