Thanks for the reply.

No error message just silence

It can sometimes starts up by itself but we then have two voices as such.
We have a Sony tv 49xd8305 and the soundstage. Linked via a hdmi cable to the arc socket.

It says it’s paired but not start with tv360 remote.

Any help is be appreciated.
