Tv360 installation

On installation I failed to press the TV button and the 0 on the remote simultaneously. All good except the please wait screen's never appeared and some sort of welcome to virgin Media plays repeatedly. 

Can I unplug everything and start again?

Presumably this was a self-serve QuickStart installation, where VM sent you the kit? Rather than a manned engineer install?
