My second box in dining room freezes all the time and turns off (light goes orange) I have unplugged restarted but can’t watch for very long before it happens. No issue in the main room just this one

Hi jdlane2410,

Quickest way to prove it's the box that is faulty and requires replacing would be to swap them around and see if the fault follows the box.

If the fault follows the box then then call Virgin on 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's, you would need to post an update for the forum team.

 

Thank you will swap one the boxes and find out was told the living room was the main box and this and one upstairs are secondary only just got virgin after Been with sky for a long time 

Main box has the hard drive so any recordings will be on there, the second box will be a mini box, just swap the boxes to see if the fault follows and then swap them back.
