Box is intermittently stopping and rebooting. Sometimes it says no connection. Did it 4 times between 7:15 and 7:30 this evening. Happening when using normal virgin media channels and also on internet based items like iplayer. It’s not the box as have tried another with same results.

So do both boxes work OK in the 'other' boxes location and it's only this location that you have a problem which would indicate it's something to do with the signals / connections to this location.
Any error codes.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your TV equipment rebooting, we will do all we can to help.
Can you please confirm if you get an error message on the screen at all?
Also can you please check that all cables running to and from the equipment are secure and without damage?
