When accessing the tv menu. I can see the programmes but the numbers are missing e.g 101 displays as ‘1’ on the screen
If you have the new TV 360 box, this is normal if you have created a profile and created your own list of channels. Once you have done this, the ‘real’ channel numbers are no longer used.

The tv is my elderly parents and they haven’t created their own profile. It just happened last Thursday.... does the box need reconfiguring? I tried calling but after 40 mins hanging in I gave up!
