Tv box not working

Hi, I have unplugged all of my tv today as needed to move it out of my lounge. When connecting it all back together I have a flashing red light and a solid blue light and starting up stuck on the screen. 
please advise what I need to do to resolve this as we are not able to watch any tv. Joanne Price

If a VM TV box won't boot up or is stuck in the reboot cycle, you can try unplugging for perhaps 10minutes to break the cycle and retry. If that fails then you have 2 choices...

1: Call VM faults to report it. 150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

2: Wait on here for staff to respond - you may be waiting a day or so.
