Tv and remote issue

Hi. Got an issue where the channels won’t change. Apparently the issue when I call up only relates to my postcode and not the postcode area? Which is annoying. The guy on the phone didn’t seem to know anything. Virgin app and online service status tells me everything is fine but the guy on the phone said they have an estimated resolution date of 28th May?! Ridiculous. What exactly am I paying for then???

Channels won’t change and the voice activated function won’t work. I’ve tried to follow the pairing instructions but I really don’t think that that will help. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues but we can certainly look into this for you. 


What TV box is it that you have? 


What happens when you try to change the channels? Is it, it just simply won't change? 


Have you rebooted the box at all to see if this works?
