Hi. Got an issue where the channels won’t change. Apparently the issue when I call up only relates to my postcode and not the postcode area? Which is annoying. The guy on the phone didn’t seem to know anything. Virgin app and online service status tells me everything is fine but the guy on the phone said they have an estimated resolution date of 28th May?! Ridiculous. What exactly am I paying for then???
Channels won’t change and the voice activated function won’t work. I’ve tried to follow the pairing instructions but I really don’t think that that will help. Any ideas?
