Not able to pause , record or record after deciding to up grade to volt 360 tv
after 3 days of phone calls rebooting being told to 3 hours then 2 hours and the last straw 24 hours and still no migration over
this morning I have now been told it can take up to 5 days to resolve this issue which I am told can be carried out remotely???
in the 1960s the USA went to the moon land yet in 2023 it can take 5 days to migrate a tv box to a new upgrade
have been with virgin media since it took over from my previous cable supplier back in 2003 very disappointed never experienced this wait ever when upgraded
