Tv 360 box stuck on setting up channels after paying bill

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help for the past 3 days I’ve had my main box and 2 mini boxes stuck on setting up channels after numerous phone calls and an engineer visit today I am still unable to watch live tv on demand stuff works fine the broadband connection to each box is fine I am really stuck and any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Any one got any ideas onto day 4 still no tv available to watch customer service is useless all they say is turn boxes off and on that’s the first thing I did myself the engineer was pointless coming out just wait it’ll come on honest to god what have you to do to get something sorted with virgin?
