I have used the tech support help as my remote control for my TV 360 has stopped working. I have tried repairing and doing a reset of the remote but that hasnt worked so the page says I need to order a new one. It gives me a box to click to start a chat to order a new one. However this link does not work either on my laptop or my phone. I have tried to log in to start a chat but this also doesnt work. Please HELP.

The quickest way to get a remote would be to call 150 from your Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone or wait for a member of the forum team to pick this up which could be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
You can use the TVGO app while you are waiting, or if your TV has a smart remote you might be able to pair that to the 360 box, my LG smart remote is paired to the 360 using Ziggo set-top box. You might need Ziggo Mediabox Next depending on the TV.

I have virgin stream and the number 7 button wasn’t working on the remote. I spoke to someone on chat and it was replaced and I received the replacement within 2 weeks. Just go to virgin website and start a chat and state the issue with the remote.
