Had an issue with BBC channels.boots technician but It seems to have fixed itself. Tried to cancel in the app but all it does is keep running checks then says no issue. When I click on manage visit etc it just reruns the test very infuriating. Can I cancel the spoon here?

Sorry to hear you have been having issues with trying to cancel your booked appointment. You could also try canceling on your my VM account under the tab "My orders and appointments" https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media To best help with this, I have sent you a private message.
