Pixelated tv watching the boxing from the the main home page on my virgin box can anyone help? Just paid £20 and it’s unwatchable

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with this Pay per View event. Please could you confirm what set top box you have, and also if you have tried rebooting this?

I've got a v6 box and yes reset multiple times. I've given up now and will expect a full refund
