My tomorrow box keeps crashing and I have to reset it every time how can I sort this problem

You've posted in the TV360 forum, titled your post "TiVo box" but mentioned a "tomorrow box"
This page has pictures of all 3 if you're not sure.. which do you have?
The advice will be the same regardless - either call into faults to report it, or wait here for a VM staff member to respond which may take a couple of days.
The issue with a TiVo is that they're no longer supported for fault replacements and you'll get a V6 instead. Same software, but needs VM home broadband.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.
I am sorry for the issues with the set top box.
We were aware of an issue impacting some of our customer but are happy to confirm this has now been resolved.
