Tivo 360 freezing and rebooting

Over the past month

i have experienced the main box freezing and automatic restarting

the main box has experience 6 damged recordings since i installed it from fresh.

the old box was thrown in the bin "as a advised by VM staff".  due to pixilation damage etc

the box is brand new one in my flat

I have brand new hdmi cables 4k compliant from the TV and new cat6 cabling against the gigabit switch to the tivo 360 box.

The last freeze and restart was night 12th/13th August

The engineer replaced the box today for free as they thought the first box they sent through the post was faulty
