I have a TIVO box upgraded to TV360. A new remote arrived yesterday, no box. the instructions don't work because I have error code MA1/4/40 (which according to Virgin doesn't exist !)
Am I supposed to have received a box as well ?
is it a Tivo box or a V6 box with Tivo software. It could be either but if you just received a remote your box may be updating over the air.go into settings apps all apps and see if there is a TV360 update app.

TiVo's cannot run Horizon (360) software.
V6 boxes (depending if they're Arris or Humax) can be updated to run on 360 software rather than TiVo-software.
