The TV box you selected is offline

Hi,

my recording settings are not working on my TV 360 box. When I click on my shows to try watch one, I see the error message appear in the top right hand corner ‘The TV box you selected is offline, or isn’t connecting right now. Turn it on to check the recording settings.’ I have tested my network and it says I am connected to the internet, when I check my recording settings, I get the same error message as above.

can you please assist?

reboot all of your 360 boxes

Tried this and still same error messages.

ring up Virgin faults and asked to be put through to the TV360 team

can you check the power settings on both boxes?  what are they set to?
