Hi RickeyE1 👋

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your TV pixelating. To confirm, is this happening on all Live TV channels? Do you see the pixelation on services such as On Demand, or the TV Box Apps such as Netflix, Prime Video, etc?

Can you also check your cabling to ensure they're tight and secure at the back of the box, and the wall socket - you may need to check your splitter too, if you have one of those.

Thanks,

Reece - Forum Team

If picture pixellation & breakup occurs on both broadcast TV channels & internet-based services such as OnDemand & streaming, then the likely culprit is your HDMI connection.

If it only occurs on broadcast TV channels, it's normal for some to be affected and others not, but this would tend towards a signal issue.

Known faults are usually listed on the automated status line 0800 5610061
