TV360 upgrade

First time on here but thought i would share my experience with the community.

24th November i receive email inviting me to upgrade to TV360, i follow the link, congratulations, your order is confirmed. it's now the 5th January and still no TV360. I have been onto VM via chat and phone probably 15 times now. Sometimes on chat i'm told they can't help because i have the ultimate oomph package so i need to telephone, other times via chat they try to help. 3 times now i've been told it's been ordered and 23rd December i received a new V6 remote in the post. This morning the tell me there aren't any TV360 boxes available. When i told a friend of mine I had been invited to upgrade he just went via the chat (he was never invited to upgrade) and 3 days later he had the new kit. If i include all the waiting time to speak/chat to an agent i have probably spent 36 hours of my life trying to resolve this and from what i was told today i am no further on.
