TV360 confusing messages

I received 2 remotes delivered last Thursday, then an email from yodel saying ‘we will be in touch tomorrow with your 2 hour delivery window’ nothing came...I saw an onscreen message on my v6 box “upgrade to virgin360” so I did, then Saturday morning I got a text from virgin “great news, your virginmedia kit is on the way, when it arrives Reply GO, & we will activate it”  ?? I’ve since learned, it’s a software update & a new box isn’t really required...the install from the v6 box was all it needed!

I think the remotes got there quicker than the Yodel message telling you the remotes are on the way!
