TV360 box factory reset itself and all apps

Hi All,

My TV360 box appears to have reset itself - lost all of my recordings, no more scheduled recordings, all apps including Prime, Netflix, BBC IPlayer, C4, etc all need to be signed in again. Had the box for 14 months and this has never happened. Any idea why this might be?

It could be a sign of a box that is going to need to be replaced at some point.

You could try a factory reset and see if it does it again.

Go to Settings > System > Factory Reset

You are given 2 options, usually I would say use the keep recordings option but if you haven't recorded anything else since or set any series links use the format option.

Keep Recordings
Format Disk

For future reference choosing Keep Recordings, means you won't lose your recordings and any planned recordings or series links you've set up, but you will have to sign into your apps such as iPlayer, Prime, Netflix and ITV Hub again, also Match frame rate and Standby power consumption will go back to their default settings if you have changed them.

Get it swapped. That exactly what mine did at the beginning. I then started getting hard drive errors. No factory resets fixed it. When the engineer called he just swapped it straight over.
