Went into My Virgin Media to go and upgrade to the TV360 and got the following message:
Oops! Something went wrong.
Sorry, we’re unable to change your package online
I am on the Ultimate Oomph package so why am I getting this message?
I then checked my details im the My Virgin Media web page and see that my broadband is not showing the blue bar, my Maxit tv, home phone & mobile are all showing the blue band.
Can this be rectified please.
It was fine last weekend before the site update.

Phoned VM this morning and after 15 minutes spoke Clemence and he has sorted out the problem.
It will either be 2 new TV360 remotes or a new TV360 box and mini box that will be sent out on the 29thh December.
