TV source

I have only had Virgin broadband and TV box a few days.  It was installed by the engineer , all good.  The other night i was watching and pressed a button on my TV remote by mistake, i don’t know which one. the TV went to Roku, i couldn’t change using the Virgin remote - it didn’t respond.  Using my TV remote i pressed source thinking it would show the HDMI i was using but it said TV /unknown HDMI (this is ticked) /pc on TV/connection guide/remote key guide/universal remote. What do I choose?

Re: TV source

Your 360 is probably connected to your TV's HDMI 1 input and the Roku to another HDMI input. Use your TV remote to cycle through the sources until you find which one you want.

Re: TV source

The button under the 9 key on your 360 remote is also a source button if it's been correctly paired to the TV.
