TV fault 360

Hi

I was told to come here by a VM team member on twitter to get some help rather than call and wait, to get a diagnostic test run. I keep getting TV faults on my 360 box, recordings keep getting wiped, I can't watch on demand because I keep getting error codes like cs2318 And cs2518. for a month I've kept having to pull the plug out to solve the problem when it happens but it keeps happening over and over. Also when ever I go to Netflix I keep having to sign in so I can't use that anymore either.
