Unable to get Ch606 Talk TV in West mids region any suggestions please ?

Why would you want to watch Talk TV anyway?

Have you checked the service status in your area?

What error message or code do you get when trying to watch the channel?

VM BB TV Landline. Vonage 2nd line. Freeview/Freesat HD, ASDA/Tesco PAYG Mobile. Customer since 1993

Are you saying it's greyed out?

Guide jumps from Ch605 to 701 so 606 doesn't even appear

Hi @LNE 

That means you are missing 9 news channels.

Have you tried rebooting the TV360 box?

Are there any known issues?

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

The Check Service Status is often only populated with details of wide spread outages.

You could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more localised issues down to postcode level.

Whilst not ideal it's probably a better indicator of known problems and should also show the latest estimated date/time for the fault to be repaired.
