TV box won't start up. When first turned on this evening I could hear a stop start voice without picture

When first turned on this evening I heard a stop start voice repeatedly but no picture. I followed the usual pattern of unplugging from the wall which usually corrects errors. Nothing. Have been online to VM and followed their routine of turning WiFi off and on. VM is just buffering now.

Sorry, have sorted my own problem. Tightened up the cable at back. should have done this earlier.
