TV box frozen on welcome page and only installed today. Briefly worked but page just freezes?

My Virgin Media was installed today, worked for 5 mins and now does not go past the welcome page?

Tv buffering, not connecting and when it does lasts for a minute and back to welcome page. Not good on day one with VM broadband and tv!

This was installed by VM engineer and worked for 5 mins and then froze and reverts back to welcome page. Managed to get tv channel on and buffers and freezes and reverts to welcome page.
