My remote won't connect to the box or control my tv. I have tried everything and just keep getting the onscreen message 'pairing failed'.
I have called 150 but couldn't speak to a person - just a remote test.
The batteries must be working because I get the 'pairing failed' message. It was working fine this morning.
I have held down the -button on the front of the box but that does nothing except scroll through the channels - the white light doesn't go off.
I have held down the tv and 0 button on the remote. Nothing happens.
I have held down the tv and back buttons - get 'pairing failed' message.
What shall I do now?
Have you tried holding the TV and Rewind button for 10 seconds which will factory reset the TV 360 remote.
You could also try removing the batteries for a minute and put them back in.
Also make sure the the power saving mode setting is on Fast Start
Also try pressing Home > Settings > Pair remote with devices ? Pair TV and follow the on screen instructions

Yes, I did all of those things before posting. I have now managed to speak to somebody at Virgin and a new remote is being delivered
