Hi how can i get Tech visit my picture Is Pixelated breaking up freezes on diffrent channels and sound drops out as well i have done the Auto fault check on phone no problems found i had this now about 1 month or more trying to get through to virgin is nightmare

First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.
150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service" - once you've chosen these, don't press anything else (link for this, text message for that) and just silently wait on the line.
Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.

I'm sorry to see you are having issues with your picture being pixelated. Just to confirm have you been able to check our automated service line or service page here to see if this is due to a fault in the area?
If there is nothing showing, it may be best to sign into the service page using your My VM details to run a fault test with your equipment.

Hi just had a Engineer visit this morning he said signal to high 12 and it should be 10 or less 5/6 so fitted signal attunuator?
