TV PIN and password issue

When I try to catch up on some shows on apps including itvHub etc, it asks me for a PIN for parental controls. I don't know the PIN...I don't remember setting one. And when it invites me to reset my PIN, and to input my Virgin Media password, it says it is wrong. I know it is not the wrong password as it is the one I use to access my account online and on the app on my phone. 

Please advise. Many thanks

Hi MFPVM,

The default pin on the 360 box is 1234

The default pin on apps such as TV Go is 0000
