TV Box wont turn on

Hiya, 

We have had our to box about 2 weeks, it was working perfectly yesterday, however, today when i went to turn it on it had a solid red light, and then a flashing red light and now no light at all!

I have checked all the connections but it does not seem to be turning back on, dont know what the best thing to do is

Thanks for your post, and welcome back to the Forums.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems with your TV box. The lights you're seeing can sometimes indicate a faulty power supply. Can you please try to plug the TV Box into a different socket, or if it is in an extension cord, then plug it directly into a wall socket?

Can you also try switching the TV box off at the back waiting for 30 seconds, before trying to switch it back on?
