I have Virgin up and running since the end of January, but the TV Box, which is part of my contract and of me fees, has not been delivered yet.
Since there is not a chat line to communicate with Virgin, I post my complain here.

You could be waiting up to 10 days for a response here. You can text Virgin on 07533 051809. Replies are not immediate. However, I used this method two days ago and had a response within a couple of hours. You can speak to Virgin on the phone. Calling at 8am may be best when lines are less busy.
