Trying to order a replacement- the website is not working. Can anyone help please?

Unfortunately the link works for the V6 but not for the 360 remote.
You can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault or wait here for one of the forum team team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
You can use the TVGO app while you are waiting, or if your TV has a smart remote you might be able to pair that to the 360 box, my LG smart remote is paired using Ziggo set-top box.

Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear you're unable to order a replacement online. As mentioned by @roy247, this is only possible on V6 boxes at the moment, but this should be updated in the future.
I've had a look into this for you, and it looks like you have already had a replacement sent out in the last few days. It can take up to 5 working days to be received.
