TV 360 relocation

I need to relocate my tv 360 from first floor to the ground floor. I guest I can't do this by my own or there is a way to do it myself?

VMs specialist cabling will need changing, unless a VM outlet already exists at the new location. It also may require a signal level adjustment.

There is a £25 non-fault callout fee for this type of job.
