TV 360 picture pixellation/freezing sound breakup

Mid January 2021 we upgraded to MaxIT TV / M500 broadband and as a result had 2 x TV 360 boxes installed. About 2 weeks ago we started to get intermittent pixellation coupled with picture and sound freezing and it has now started to get worse as it occurs approximately every 20 minutes. Is this indicative of a TV poor signal and is there anything that can be done to resolve the problem?

Would appreciate advice please before having to undertake what I envisage will be a lengthy phone call to VM Tech Support.

What you describe could be related to signal issues. They’ll be able to check this on the phone for you. Unfortunately, they won’t deal with faults currently via their text service. 

Try calling first thing at 8am when lines will be less busy.
