TV 360 offer

Hi, I've received an email about changing to Virgin TV 360 and have a few queries. I currently have an old TIVO box and a V6 box. The email states that they send you a new remote if you have a V6 and new box if you have an older box, therefore will I get both?  After all I do pay for the privilege of both. I'm hoping that they will replace my old TiVo as I have been reporting playback issues with it for well over a year, but they keep testing it remotely and telling me its ok, when it isn't.

Also, despite the email saying I'm all set for the upgrade, when I click the link it says, that I'm not eligible for this campaign. Any ideas what is going on?
