Go into Settings > System > Recording settings > and then alter the extra time there for before or after - I have mine set for 1 minute before and 15 minutes after and have had no problems.

Thanks for the very quick response, however, whilst I knew how to do this on a TV6 box I can find now way of accessing these settings on a TV360 box. Any advice please.
On the 360 the settings is the cog wheel on the right hand side of the on screen navigation barwhen you click on the Home (house) button
