Can a forum person please message me I am getting nowhere over the phone and left without my services. I am experiencing issue after issue with our TV 360 Box’s. I have went from having 2x Mini 360 working boxes to now just 1 with one of them now coming up with ‘Setting up TV Channels. Error Code ‘100:70’ and now the main 360 box has gave up trying to activate and has decided to boot up with the old V6 software. Finally, a unexpected delivery arrived today and to my surprise it was a brand new 1st generation TIVO box sent from Virgin. Thanks
