Hi all. Still having problems not able to watch much catch up tv or even some channels. Im seriously considering changing back to the V6 box or cancelling altogether. I know times are difficult but if you can’t speak to anyone and resolve issues what’s the point in paying for something you can’t use. I’m hoping someone in the community can help? 🙏
What do you mean by you're unable to watch certain channels/catchup? Are there any channels in-particular in which you're experiencing issues with? Which channels are missing? Is the issue with not being able to watch it happening on all channels?

The issue, was that we couldn’t get catch up the day after. EG. We couldn’t watch Mondays The Sister on Tuesday etc, etc. Same with other programs. The 360 box is new to us so are we doing something wrong? When we try to watch on a program on catch-up we get the options Record and All Episodes. Seems to be intermittent. Thanks
Sorry you're having problems with Catch Up on the TV360. I'm unsure whether I'm looking at the correct details using the information we have on here, can I ask how the TV360 is connected to the Hub? Is it via a wired connection for example?
