TNT Sport has disappeared after reporting a fault and getting a discount

So, I have an intermittent broadband fault which, after reporting, I was told would be sorted. As compensation I was given a £5 discount - which seemed to involve a new contract. Since then TNT Sport have disappeared. What is going on??

TNT is now an £18 a month add on, if you have changed your contract this would come into effect, anyone with a current contract that includes TNT will be affected the same way come contract renewal time.

Not sure why you need a new contract to receive compensation, I would be on the phone to retentions, that's the " I am leaving " option when phoning 150 and discuss it with them, hopefully they can sort it for you. 🤞
