Hi, 4 days ago, I have added the TNT package for £10/month. The activation was due on the 21 of September. I got in contact with the customer service and that person told me that the package is not active and it will not be activated. This person also told me that she/he could do it but it would have been £18/month.
Thereafter, I did go through the website and activate the package again. Than this person told me that, I could add it as many time as I wanted but it will never be activated. I mean, what's the point to have a website when you can't manage your account? Is this person right?

Exactly the same. Called call got dropped, called again and someone agreed to add for £10 yet 24 hours later no sign of the package being activated. Hopeless

I mean, this is ridiculous. We need to chase them to add something that we have to pay.
