Switching av source back to Virgin

Hi, I use my fire tv a lot and all I have to do to switch from Virgin to fire source is press the home button a couple of times on the fire remote. Is there a similar button on the Virgin remote to swap back easily please?

also why is Sky sports HD soooo bad picture quality?

Hi, on the bottom row there is a source button to do this as well.. Hope this helps

Hi @Conbrue, thanks for your post and I'm sorry to hear your picture quality is poor on Sky Sports HD.

Can you please clarify if it's one particular channel, or all of the Sky Sports HD channels and are all other channels (HD and SD) working correctly? If you could also provide further detail as to the problem (is it pixelation for example?) that would be most helpful. Can you also confirm if it's all of your boxes that have the problem or just the one?
